MOLLY NILSSON has been running her own label and producing her own music since 2007, releasing 4 albums, several EPs and a beautiful string of evocative videos under the 'FORMERLY KNOW AS WHITE BREAD' moniker.
Originally from Sweden, Molly moved to Berlin to set up the DARK SKIES ASSOCIATION, which she has continued to use as a gloriously DIY platform in creating her gorgeously bitter-sweet songs.
On his last album 'We Must Become The Pitiless Censors Of Ourselves', fellow dream-pop crooner JOHN MAUS covered Molly's song 'HEY MOON', which she was subsequently invited to duet with him on and thankfully agreed; the results of which
is one of the definitive highlights of the album and also of
MOLLY NILSSON's songwriting explorations to date.
